The Limit Break

This is 1 of the core concepts of X Arts under "Attitude" of the Triad of Success. It refers to PUSHING BEYOND YOUR LIMIT, and INCREASING SELF-BELIEF in yourself.

There's 1 simple way to make this highly important fundamental principle a core part of our Attitude. It's just a simple adjustment that will certainly go a long way, and it goes like this:

Whenever you find yourself saying "I can't do it", instead of saying that... you say "I haven't yet figured out how to do it..."

We're not perfect and we don't know everything, nor can we do everything, but this mindset alone, would entirely change how we approach things. Make that mindset your heartset and thus, a part of your Attitude.

I learned this from 1 of the best mentors I have ever had in my life... my girlfriend First Lady July. In fact, even when I was in the community already, I was always fond of saying "I can't do it" or "I can't do this" or I can't do that, but having that shift in words on how you say it, totally changes your mindset, which when it becomes a habit and you make it your heartset, totally changes your approach in life. You never know what you can achieve, until you achieve it, and then it you made "Un-impossible."

Now that's cool.

P.S. Hmmm... now that I think about it, maybe she just trained me effectively to do things for her I normally can't do, she shifted my mindset so I can do almost anything she asks me to do!? Grrr!!!!

"What have you learned today?"

Filipino Joke of the Day:

2 drunks speaking outside Manor Club in Eastwood...

#1: Galing daw kayo L.A.X. club kanina nina X ha. (So, you came from L.A.X. club with X right?)
#2: Oo, galing kami dun. (Yes, that's where we were before heading here.)
#1: Daming tao? (Were there a lot of people?)
#2: Ewan ko, hindi ko makita, and dilim sa loob eh. (I don't know, I can't see, it was very dark inside the club.)
#1: Ah, sa Manor din madilim eh, siguro iisa lang may-ari ng L.A.X. at Manor (Ahhh... it's also dark here inside Manor, I guess they are both owned by the same person huh?)
