"I'll not gonna tell you what you WANT to hear, I'll tell you what you NEED to hear." - Ryu X

It was a huge success. The recently conducted Grand PUA Summit last November 7, 2009 caused a lot of breakthroughs and shattered a lot of limiting beliefs. However, it is easily the most controversial of all the 4 summits already held by X Arts.

Before the Summit even began, I was already telling people in the X Crew how it is going to be the most explosive summit ever to be conducted, and it packs the best and most loaded content out of any summit we ever prepared for. And it was, without a doubt. However, it did stir a lot of controversy, with primary one being that there is a conflict between me and Smooth, one of the Lead Instructors of X Arts. So here I am to address the controversies surrounding the recentlly conducted summit.

During my lecture, I basically shattered a lot of the frames and mindsets of the common PUA, which basically limits their growth. I've been in the community for around 5 years, so i know and experienced enough to solve the common sticking points of most PUA's. I just stated the cause of the sticking points and how to solve them during the lecture.

There is no conflict between my teachings, and Smooth's. To an ordinary layman, it might appear so, but there is actually none. While Smooth talked about the rules of the game, I talked about breaking the rules of the game in order to proceed to the next level of game. However, you have got to understand that you can't break the rules of the game, if you don't know and understand the rules of the game in the first place. You can't be an exception to the rule if you don't understand the rules yet.

While Smooth talked about practice to improve in this game, I shifted the focus from the practice, to calibration, which is correct, and what Smooth also really wanted to point out. I never practiced the game, but I can beat anybody in the game even those who practiced. In fact, have you ever seen Naturals practice? You ever see your Natural friends say "c'mon let's go to the club and practice our game, coz if we don't, we will lose our attractiveness and seduction skills!" I bet you they never ever say that. If you do something the wrong way, it will always be wrong no matter how many times you practice it, and it will never be perfect. Albert Einstein said "Insanity is doing the same things over and over again, and expecting a different result." It's also a principle of NLP that "If you keep doing the same things you've been doing, you will keep getting the same results you've been getting".  Especially now when their idea of practice is doing large number of approaches, this needed to be addressed. It is not in the number of lays that your success is determined. First of all, your value is not determined by women, so it doesn’t matter how many women you banged. Second, even if you get more than 100++ lays, but if you got it after 1000 approaches… consider yourself a failure and more of a “hit or miss” guy.

So those are just some of the things that many thought there was an “apparent conflict” when in fact there is none. What Smooth really wanted to emphasize is not practice, but calibration. Making huge number of approaches and making pickup a numbers game is not the way to go. If you “become the game”, you don’t need to “run game” and practice, because it would be effortless for you to do that as you are already the game. You do it wherever you go without needing to go out and sarge and practice.

I could go on and on, but basically it all boils down to this as regards the other things. What Smooth talked about applies to the Skillset element of the Triad of Success, while I wanted to emphasize the Value and Attitude aspect of the Triad of Success. Smooth’s teachings most applies to newbies and those who have very little or close to no knowledge of the underlying principles or attraction and seduction, while my lecture applies to intermediate and advanced guys who know a lot about the art of attraction and seduction, but still are not getting “consistent results”, or are on a plateau as regards their level of game.

The Summit isn’t there to babysit you guys and tell you things you would like to hear about yourself. All of the speakers there went there not to tell you the things you wanted to hear, but rather, to tell you the things you really needed to hear. These are guys who are experienced in the community and know a lot more than you could ever know, so they would know what they are talking about. If this summit was an explosion, just watch out for more in the next summit next year.

"It was a blast!"
The Grand PUA Summit: NeXt Generation, held recently this November 7, 2009 was a blast!!!

Beginner friendly, madaming natutunan, may bonus pang legal advices.
Siguro next time, pwedeng in between speakers yung sharing ng mga matatagal ng members ng X-Arts. Medyo bitin. Enjoy kasi!!!

Things I was able to observe and absorb from the Nov. 7, 2009 Grand PUA summit and the after party:
> S.V.A. : Skill set - Value - Attitude . . . be the game (from Saint Seducer X)
> The game is like driving, you can learn it. (from Saint Seducer X)
> "Practice makes familiarity". Hindi ko maalala yung exact quote from Nomer, pero yan yung pagkakaintindi ko. (from Saint Seducer X)
> [routine] Ring Magic (from Saint Seducer X)
> Body Language in approaching sets (from SMOOTH)
> Have atleast 2-3 memorized routine (from SMOOTH)
> IOIs (from SMOOTH)
> [routine] Using "For real?" to pro-long a conversation (from SMOOTH... for real?)
> [routine] Wrist-Watch (from SMOOTH... can't wait to read your book!)
> Who's going to pay in the "first" breakfast/lunch/dinner date (from July)
> Eye contact when talking to anybody (from Lia)
> [routine] Tell a life experience (recent or even decades ago) enthusiastically (from Nomer)
